The Secretariat of Defense of Mexico (Sedena) will carry out, on July 23, an auction to get rid of ten aircraft that were part of the fleet of the Mexican Air Force and the Presidency of the Republic.
Among the aircraft that are on the runway to be seen by the bidders, the following stand out: a turboprop helicopter brand Eurocopter France model EC225, year of manufacture 2009, which has a starting price of 67,439,000 pesos (3.4 million dollars ); and a Boeing 737-322 series 24361 aircraft, year of manufacture 1989, with 725280 and 722421 series engines, capacity for seven crew members and 70 passengers, whose starting price is 32,926,000 pesos (1.6 million dollars).
Two Gulfstream aircraft also stand out: one model G550, year of manufacture 2015, whose base price is 541,840,000 pesos (27 million dollars); and a G150, year of manufacture 2014, which has a starting price of 112,887,000 pesos ($ 5.6 million).
