The Iranian FARS news agency has published a picture showing an MRAP vehicle of the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) so far unknown, as it hasn’t appeared yet in an official parade, nor in military operations.

This new MRAP is certainly built on the chassis of a previously existing vehicle in service with a foreign army but its local adaptation makes it hard to identify with certainty. The ballistic protection must be standard for an MRAP vehicle apparently used as an APC.
