The Cyprus National Guard will equip at least six H145M military helicopters manufactured by Airbus, according to the contract it has just signed with the company, which contemplates the possibility of receiving another six more.
H145M customers also include the German Armed Forces, which five years ago completed the receipt of a batch of 15 H145M LUH SOF helicopters; the Kingdom of Thailand, with five units; Luxembourg, which acquired two; Hungary, which is currently the largest customer of the aircraft, with 20 units ordered, and Serbia, with nine. The United States, for its part, has acquired the military version of the old EC145 (now H145), called in this case UH-72 Lakota.
