For his part, the Ukrainian Minister of Defense, Oleksii Reznikov, thanked the Minister of Defense, Margarita Robles, for the new material on his Twitter account.

This meeting had marked as a priority to improve Ukrainian defense systems after the recent indiscriminate bombing by Russia. With an operating ceiling of 18 km and a range of 40 km, the Hawk system is designed for the detection, identification, tracking and destruction of medium and low altitude air targets. The missile reaches a sustained velocity of Mach 2.5.
