Haiti’s Transitional Presidential Council appointed Lieutenant General Derby Guerrier as the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of that Antillean country, replacing Lieutenant General Jodel Lessage.
After being positioned, General Guerrier called on his subordinates to close ranks for effective collaboration to help the country recover from the serious crisis it is going through.
