The Spanish military vehicle manufacturer Urovesa has signed a new contract, the third already, with the Royal Oman Army (RAO) for the supply of Vamtac in different configurations.
The company announced this agreement during an official visit to its facilities in Valga (Pontevedra) by a delegation led by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence of the Sultanate of Oman, Mohamed bin Nasser bin Ali Al-Zaabi, with the rank of minister. With the visit, Urovesa also puts the finishing touch to the second contract with the RAO, after the delivery of the last Vamtacs.
Urovesa also highlights that the collaboration with MARH, as a local partner, guarantees the long-term sustainability of these vehicles with extensive life cycle support, while remarking that the visit “paves the way” to continue the collaboration in the coming years.
