Bolivia; New top command sworn in

The president of Bolivia, Luis Arce Catacora, inaugurated the new members of the High Command of the Armed Forces in a ceremony, held on November 16, in which the Minister of Defense, Edmundo Novillo Aguilar, among other authorities, was present.

Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces will be Air Brigadier General Jaime Alberto Zabala Saldias, while Brigadier General (Army) Miguel Angel Contreras Campero will be in command of the General Staff.

Regarding the commands of each force, Brigadier General Faud Genaro Ramos Espinoza will lead the Army; the position of accidental general commander of the Air Force will be held by Air Brigadier General Cesar Moisés Vallejos Rocha; and the accidental commander general of the Navy will be Rear Admiral Javier Torrico Vega.
