The Brazilian Army Commission in Washington launches a Request for Quotation for the acquisition – at the lowest price – of 200 IV2HB QCB Heavy Machine Gun (.50 Cal) machine guns intended to equip the Remax (SARC) and Platt (Manual) turrets of the 6×6 Guaraní Wheeled Armored Personnel Carriers of the Brazilian Army.
These weapons must be delivered in Brazil; by the Port of Sepetiba (maritime mode) or by the International Airport of Rio de Janeiro (air mode).
Each weapon must be delivered complete, including an additional Quick Change Tube (QCB), two complete maintenance tool kits provided per weapon, plus a general kit containing critical components for quick replacement in the field, and a fixation kit for protective plates and spacers, standard.
The entire batch of 200 machine guns must have a full manufacturer’s warranty for 12 months, counting from the delivery of the batch in a single shipment.
This Fee Request is valid to receive proposals until October 17, 2023.
