The Jamaica Defence Force officially added six new Thales Bushmaster 4×4 armored vehicles, three in troop transport version and three in ambulance version, in addition to the 12 existing units of the first variant.
The six armored vehicles, which arrived in the island country at the beginning of the year, have been assigned to the Protected Mobility Vehicle Squadron of the Jamaica Regiment.
In total, the Jamaica Defence Force currently has 18 Bushmasters, 15 in troop transport version and three in ambulance version.
