Peruvian Government has appointed new ministers of Defense-and Interior, Walter Ayala and Juan Manuel Carrasco Millones respectively. The former are part of the first Council of Ministers of the administration led by Pedro Castillo after his controversial proclamation and recent swearing-in as president of Peru .
Walter Ayala, a lawyer by profession, has a master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law , has graduated from the Doctorate in Law from the Federico Villareal National University . He also has a master’s degree in Public Management and National Defense from the Center for Higher National Studies ( CAEN ). He was separated from the National Police of Peru in 1997 as a disciplinary measure when he was serving as a second-class non-commissioned officer. appeals through the courts, he was retired years after the institution
