DMILT.com are not the intellectual owners of the TENDERS. DMILT.com and bears no claim nor any responsibility in cases there may be any intellectual property violation from any customer and/or third party regarding any kind of violation.
All TENDERS contents are published according to the authentic version. DMILT.com only reserves the right to compose and publish an alternative header for each TENDER in DMILT.com site.
It is prohibited to use and/or to copy and/or deliver any of the TENDER contents in DMILT.com site in any kind and/or any method. Approving and/or winning the TENDER will not guarantee the customer in the TENDERS service any intellectual property rights in any TENDER posted in DMILT.com. The TENDERS published in DMILT.COM will not guarantee any rights of any kind in case that the TENDERS include "know how" and/or any intellectual property and/or any patent.

Customer of the TENDERS service are not warranted and/or guaranteed nor promised to win or be awarded any of the TENDERS published by DMILT.COM. The publication of TENDERS in DMILT.COM site does not constitute any promise, assurance warrant or guarantee to the customers of winning and/or improving their chances of winning any of the TENDRES.
Access rights to DMILT.com requires payment of fees. Customers shall pay all appropriate fees as listed in the site. DMILT.com shall not be responsible for any money loss incurred to the customer in the TENDERS Service. As a result, any refunds claims shall be dismissed.
It is hereby stipulated that it is the strict policy of DMILT.com to refrain from any refunds of sums paid by customer for any reason.
The DMILT.com is not responsible if the TENDER shall be cancelled and/or sustained and/or delayed and no fees shall be returned to customer in such cases.
The usage of DMILT.com requires access through a combination of an email address/username and password. The customer hereby agrees that such access shall not be shared with others. The customer may not access the DMILT.com service using an email address/username and/or password of another party.
Customers shall be responsible for all the login from their email address/username, whether such login is authorized or not. Customers hereby agree to immediately notify DMILT.com of any unauthorized or unlawful usage of their email address/username and/or their password. Though, DMILT.com do not promise nor guarantee any refunds claims that were made by fake users and/or unauthorized parties.
All the information received about the customer in the TENDERS shall be protected by DMILT.com. Personal information concerning the customers shall be solely utilized only for the purpose of providing the information requested by the customer. DMILT.com reserves the right to deliver related TENDERS, and alerts on content updates directly to the customer via email. Nonetheless, the customer may instruct by writing DMILT.COM to cease these initiative voluntary updates at any time.
DMILT.com are not responsible for Any claims regarding the TENDERS contents and/or to whether it is used and/or supplied. DMILT.com merely constitutes a platform for the TENDERS and shall not bear any responsibility for any consequences/results of the TENDERS service.
The laws of Israel shall govern any future dispute relating to any of the TENDERS offered in the DMILT.com, or any subsequent issue/s stemming from the TENDERS services shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of Tel Aviv, Israel. therefore, the customers expressly disclaim any international claims. Unless DMILT.com decides to act in via another competent jurisdiction entity.
The customer hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction. The customer considers itself and intends to be subject by the jurisdiction only of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, and only the laws of the state of Israel shall apply.
If at any given time the customer believes that DMILT.com has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email to info@dmilt.com and we will make all reasonable efforts to determine and correct the issues raised.
If the customer has any further question about regarding the disclaimer`s policy, please e-mail us through info@dmilt.com DMILT.com emphasize herein that if the customer does not agree with the disclaimer policy above, please do not participate in any of our TENDERS and/or make usage of any TENDERS services.
