By registering to the COUNTRY DEFENSE PROFILES service, you – the customer, agree to be bound by all the legal terms and condition set forth below.

DMILT.com may change the terms & conditions in this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. If and/or When the terms will be altered or modified, the latter shall appear in this document. By using the DMILT.com COUNTRY DEFENSE PROFILES services after any change or modification in the agreement is posted, the customer agrees to be legally bound by all the changes as well. Customers shall be responsible for all the login from their email address/username, whether such login is authorized or not. Customers hereby agree to immediately notify DMILT.com of any unauthorized or unlawful usage of their email address/username and/or their password. Though, DMILT.com do not promise nor guarantee any refunds claims that were made by fake users and/or unauthorized parties.

All the information received about the customer in the COUNTRY DEFENSE PROFILES shall be protected by DMILT.com. Personal information concerning the customers shall be solely utilized only for the purpose of providing the information requested by the customer. DMILT.com reserves the right to deliver related COUNTRY DEFENSE PROFILES , and alerts on content updates directly to the customer via email. The customer hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction. The customer considers itself and intends to be subject by the jurisdiction only of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, and only the laws of the state of Israel shall apply.

If at any given time the customer believes that DMILT.com has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email to info@dmilt.com and we will make all reasonable efforts to determine and correct the issues raised.
