The US Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) on 16 October notified Congress that the US State Department has approved an FMS package for Romania worth approximately $300 million, with Raytheon as prime contractor. The package includes unknown number of anti-ship Naval Strike Missile (NSM) systems, four mobile launcher vehicles designed and co-produced by Norwegian Kongsberg; ten Link-16 Multifunctional Information Distribution System – Joint Tactical Radio Systems (MIDS-JTRS).
