The Plenary of the Chamber of Deputies of the National Congress of Brazil approved, last Thursday, August 4, a project that authorizes the Brazilian government to donate to Uruguay 21 combat means that are no longer used by the Brazilian Army. Proposal PL 3212/21, authored by the Executive Branch, is being examined by the Senate.
